Hays Creek Falls
Hays Creek Falls two miles south of the village
of Redstone in Pitkin County, Colorado as it flows into the Crystal River. Park along State Highway 133
(at the sign clearly marked "Hays Creek Falls")
and it is a mere 50 yard walk to the waterfall.
I have visited this waterfall on two occasions. The left photo taken in July 2006;
The right photo is more recent (June 2007) and my friend Scott posing in the creek helps provide better perspective.
